It is important for me, everyday, to show my children what a good person act like because I am not only facilitating learning; I am teaching the WHOLE child!  In an early childhood setting, children may not always understand what you are trying to explain to them but your actions will always convey a message.  Actions Speak Louder than Words.

  2. Hi Alyssa,
Thank you for sharing this quote. Parents should act the way they want their children to act; children will eventually become like their parents.

  3. Yes actions speak louder than words which is why as educators and parents we must strive to be the best role model for the children we are preparing for the future. Thank you so much for your contributions in class, for sharing experiences that we all learned from. Good luck on your journey.
